1. Vipassana Meditation, Reciting of Chants, Awareness of Breath, Awareness of Body Movements.
1.1 Never to skip Morning and Evening Chants.
1.2 Awareness of movement even when eating, bathing, defecating, wearing of monks robe.
1.3 Frequently must meditate 10-15 days without food and no contact from the outside world.
2. Must live in solitary and follow monks discipline in order to end desire through wisdom of Vipassana.
2.1 Eat simple and sleep simple. Never wear slippers and never wash with soap.
2.2 Never to accept gifts or money for own personal uses.
2.3 Never to desire ranks and fortune but only to desire Vipassana and Samatha for higher knowledge.
3. Loving Kindness to every beings and must be non bias.
4. Patience through practicing meditations.
5. Must have Endurance. Even though LP Suk is near death, LP dislocated his hip but did not tell anyone because LP knew his time had come.
6. During his “tudong” he usually walked in the forests of Cambodia. LP Suk would always strive for higher knowledge in “viccha”. Some say LP achieved “viccha Yonrayatang” the ability to travel long distances in a short period of time.
7. Teaching Vipassana meditation technique, LP made ? this Temple ? as a temple for meditation and wanted his devotees to come every Sunday for tamboon and practice meditations. LP also taught his devotees to recite a sacred khmer Katha “ Ah Ar Eag Ai Na Nu Ne Ni Nang ”. (Superb for approaching challenges in life and protection).

2. Heavenly ears.
3. Able to see through people thoughts.
4. Able to see more then one lifetime, ability to see karma.
